Rabbi Ricky Cohen 

Rabbi Ricky Cohen is a successful businessman, entrepreneur and educator. After graduating Cum Laude from New York University, The Rabbi assumed a leadership role in what was then a small family business. By successfully combining the tools learned in the classroom, wisdom dating back thousands of years, and a strong penchant for risk taking, Rabbi Cohen helped grow the family business fortyfold, employing a team of 2,500 people.  Rabbi Cohen is a dynamic and exciting speaker and motivator. Over the last three decades, The Rabbi has educated thousands of men and women - empowering the will, inspiring the mind, and providing the skills needed for individual and career success. His workshops have been implemented by entities ranging from community organizations to industry leaders.

Izzy Levy

For the past 25 years, Izzy Levy has worked in multiple fields of finance, serving as the Chief Executive Officer, as well as the Chief Financial Officer and founder of various businesses. Beyond his professional life, Izzy cherishes his marriage to Dyan, whom he met during their time at the University of Maryland, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Their family has grown to include three wonderful children: Noah, Zac, and Mimi. Beyond his professional endeavors, Izzy's true passion lies in helping others, and his joy is found in performing acts of kindness (chesed). Izzy aspires to utilize his life and work experiences to mentor and guide others towards success in the broader aspects of life - happiness.
